Mindful forest immersion, in the mountains of Tonezza in Veneto or on the island of Skopelos in Greece.

A slow, guided immersion in the forest, inspired by Japanese shinrin-yoku, taking place between two very different settings: Skopelos, the greenest island in the Aegean, where pine forests reach down to the sea, and Tonezza, the woods near Vicenza, an hour away. No performance, no distance to cover: just attention to the senses and the body's natural rhythm. The price covers the guided experience only: travel, meals and accommodation are arranged independently by each participant.

Season Skopelos: June, July, August; Tonezza: April, May, September, October
