This notice describes how Clarum Holistic Center collects and processes the personal data of anyone who visits this site or contacts us for information, quotes or bookings.

Data controller

The data controller is Rapitrad srl, owner of the Clarum Holistic Center brand, via Brescia 2, 36040 Torri di Quartesolo (VI), Italy, VAT no. 03521580245, reachable at info@clarumcenter.com.

What data we collect

This site does not use tracking cookies and does not automatically collect data while you browse. We only collect personal data when you choose to contact us (for example by email or WhatsApp), book an intro call or purchase a path. In these cases we may collect:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address and/or phone number
  • The content of the message you send us (for example requests for information or quotes)
  • Booking details (date and time of the call, path of interest)
  • Invoicing details (address, tax code or VAT number) and payment details (amount, date, outcome). Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never shared with us.

Why we process this data

We use your data solely to respond to your requests, provide information about Clarum paths, prepare personalized quotes and, if you wish, arrange your participation in a path or retreat. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you voluntarily contact us, or, when you book or purchase a path, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a participant, for the duration of our collaboration, plus any retention period required by law: tax documents such as invoices are kept for 10 years.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be disclosed to technical providers solely to deliver the service, or to competent authorities if required by law. In particular we use: our email hosting provider; Calendly LLC (United States) for booking intro calls; Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) for card payments. Any transfer of data outside the European Union relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing or request its restriction, and obtain data portability, as set out in Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). To exercise these rights, you can write to us at info@clarumcenter.com.

Cookies

This site currently does not install profiling or third-party cookies. If traffic analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent banner will be shown. The booking (Calendly) and payment (Stripe) pages open on their own websites, which apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).

Clarum paths are coaching, meditation and personal-growth experiences, distinct from a clinical or therapeutic path. For psychological difficulties, the right reference remains a qualified psychologist or doctor.
