Services

Clarum offers coaching, meditation and personal-growth paths, online and in person, as well as retreats in Italy and abroad. Clarum paths are coaching, meditation and personal-growth experiences, distinct from a clinical or therapeutic path. For psychological difficulties, the right reference remains a qualified psychologist or doctor.

How to purchase a path

The first step is a free, no-obligation intro call that you can book online. During the call we agree on the path, dates and price together. We then send you a payment link for the agreed amount: the contract is concluded when the payment is successful.

Prices

Prices shown on the site as "from" are minimum prices. The final price depends on the agreed path and is communicated to you before payment. All prices are in euros, VAT included.

Payment and invoice

Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment platform: card details are never shared with Clarum. After payment you receive an email receipt, followed by an electronic invoice issued by Rapitrad srl.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Individual sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time, with a full refund or a new date at your choice. After that, the session is considered delivered. For retreats and paths with fixed dates, deposit, balance and cancellation terms are communicated to you in writing before payment. If a session or retreat is cancelled by Clarum, you receive a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by writing to info@clarumcenter.com (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If you ask for the path to start before the 14 days have passed and then withdraw, you only pay for the part already delivered; the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully performed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to retreats and leisure activities with a specific date (Art. 59(n)): the cancellation terms above apply instead. Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Participation

Some activities include movement, breathing exercises and outdoor walks. By taking part you confirm that your health is suitable for these activities; if in doubt, consult your doctor first and let us know about any particular needs. For retreats, travel, meals and accommodation are arranged independently by each participant. For online sessions, the participant is responsible for their own connection; if you are late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
